At Alifeo, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
All COD and Prepaid orders are eligible for exchange if the product is faulty.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
🎥 What We Need from You
A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package is mandatory.
Return requests without video proof will not be accepted.
Raise the return request on the platform or WhatsApp us with your order ID + video attached.
🛍️ Print on Demand (POD) Products
These include items like custom T-shirts, mugs, phone covers, etc.
POD items are not returnable under any condition.
If defective, we offer a one-time replacement (with proper unboxing video proof).
No refunds for POD products — only exchange if damaged/defective.
💰 Refund & Replacement Process
Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup of the product.
Prepaid Orders: Refund is issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
COD Orders: Only replacement is provided after pickup.
POD Products: Only replacement if defective.
🛑 Return Not Accepted If:
No unboxing video is provided.
Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Product was damaged after use.
POD items are returned without defect proof.
