   • Packaging, product photography, listing, Alifeo box sab Alifeo manage karega.
   • Manufacturer bina written consent kisi aur brand ke under sell nahi karega.
5. Intellectual Property:
   • Alifeo ke brand, logo, marketing aur listings ke rights Alifeo ke pass rahenge.
   • Manufacturer identical product kisi aur brand ke under nahi bechega.
   • Market me same product mile to Alifeo alternate supplier se le sakta hai; Manufacturer pricing follow karega.
6. Delivery & Logistics:
   • Manufacturer timely delivery ensure karega.
   • Alifeo third-party logistics use kar sakta hai; coordination mandatory.
   • Stock delay se sales affect ho sakti hai; consistent supply critical hai.
7. Product Approval & Showcase:

8. Confidentiality:

9. Liability:

10. Termination:
    • Either party agreement terminate kar sakti hai 15 days pehle notice de kr WhatsApp par.
    • Alifeo quality breach, IP infringement ya stock supply failure par immediate terminate kar sakta hai.
